About Me
I understand how exhausting that can be longing for closeness, but somehow end up feeling unseen, rejected, or not quite enough.
Or maybe you’ve learned to keep it all together for everyone else, while quietly wondering when it will ever feel peaceful inside.
For 18 years, I’ve supported clients as a Psychotherapist, Counsellor, and Heart IQ Coach to rebuild a healthy relationship with themselves and others grounded in self-awareness, compassion, and emotional balance.
My work helps you make sense of why you feel and react the way you do, uncovering how past experiences and attachment patterns continue to shape your present. Together, we’ll begin to gently rewire the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to create a space for clarity, confidence, and real connection.
My therapeutic experience include working with adults, young adults, and couples in private practice as well as working for a Charity supporting those experiencing domestic violence.
I am trained in working with Depression, Anxiety, Loneliness, Loss, Rejection, Relationship Problems, Couple Therapy, Infidelity, Affair, Divorce, Separation, Life transition, Stress, Trauma, Late Diagnosis ADHD and Adult ADHD.
Before training as a therapist, I worked as a Fraud Investigation Auditor — a role that sharpened my curiosity about the hidden motivations and patterns that drive human behaviour. This same curiosity now underpins my therapeutic work, helping clients uncover what lies beneath stress, confusion, and emotional pain, and find lasting relief and meaning.
If you’re ready to feel more at home in yourself and in your relationships, to move from self-criticism to self-understanding, and from confusion to calm then please contact me as I’d be honoured to support you.
I work face-2-face from West London – Chiswick – or online, in a safe, confidential space where you can breathe again, explore freely, and begin to heal.
I am an accredited member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and I abide by the Code of Ethics and Practice issued by BACP and I am professionally supervised by a qualified supervisor as part of my commitment to ethical practice. Therapy can be beneficial to anyone who needs some emotional support and who is interested in learning more about themselves and their feelings, thoughts and behaviour. By establishing a strong and supportive therapeutic relationship, my aim is to empower you to make decisions that are right for you.
Your confidence in yourself grows as you learn to discern between unhealthy and dysfunctional pattern, beliefs, attitudes, behaviour and thoughts and who/what you truly are.
You start to feel free, alive and good about yourself once you identified and removed your inner resistance that kept you stuck. Your sense of esteem and worth will allow you to make decisions that are right for you and you succeed in areas that matters to you.
Whatever your reason is for seeking counselling or psychotherapy,
the insight and the awareness gained will in itself give you
more choice in the way you live your life!
The aim of counselling is to empower you to respond in ways that are right for you!
